- First decide on your theme for the party. Kids love to help with this. In my design we are using a bright, colorful “Happy Birthday” napkins and hats.
- Select the colors that complement the design or party theme.
- Soak the water beads you have selected in individual containers for 5-6 hours or overnight. Drain the water out and rinse under cool running water. I use a large strainer or colander.
- Place the water beads by layering them in your vase. Add a balloon or fresh flowers to decorate your fun and colorful centerpiece.
